Refund and Returns Policy

At StratPlays Shop, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help. This policy outlines how returns, exchanges, and refunds work for all purchases made through shop.stratplays.com.


Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in the original packaging.
  • All accessories, manuals, and promotional items (if applicable) are included.
  • You have proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email).

Certain types of products are non-returnable, including:

  • Digital downloads, game keys, or gift cards
  • Software or subscription codes
  • Clearance or final-sale items

If you are unsure whether your item is eligible, please contact support@stratplays.com before sending it back.


How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email support@stratplays.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you’d like to return
  • The reason for return (optional but helpful)

Once your request is approved, we’ll provide you with a return authorization and instructions for sending your item back.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
  • StratPlays Shop is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, you’ll receive an email notification about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

If your refund hasn’t been received after 10 business days, please contact your bank or payment provider before reaching out to us.


Exchanges

We currently only replace items that arrive defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please email support@stratplays.com with photos of the issue.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that’s defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
