Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.
During high-demand periods (such as new product launches or sales events), processing times may take slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We currently offer:

  • Standard Shipping (5–10 business days) – for most U.S. orders
  • Expedited Shipping (2–4 business days) – optional upgrade at checkout
  • International Shipping (7–21 business days) – available to select countries

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier performance.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries. Customs fees, import duties, and taxes are not included in our shipping rates and are the responsibility of the customer. Please check your local import regulations before placing your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active.

Lost or Delayed Packages

StratPlays is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer. If your order is significantly delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at support@stratplays.com, and we’ll help investigate the issue.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Shipping Restrictions
